The Bioengineering Department at KFUPM is proud to congratulate the senior design team led by Abdullah Al Khulaqi for receiving the “Most Humanitarian Project Award” at the Senior Design Expo held last Saturday.
The award-winning project, “AIM-BA: Portable AI-Assisted Capillary-Blood Analyzer,” introduces a low-cost point-of-care diagnostic solution designed to provide rapid, clinical-grade analysis, particularly for use in resource-limited settings. The project aims to improve accessibility to healthcare diagnostics through an innovative and impactful engineering approach.
