The Bioengineering Department at KFUPM was pleased to welcome a group of students from Batterjee Medical College as part of an educational visit aimed at exploring innovation, research, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities within the department.

During their visit, the students had the opportunity to experience KFUPM’s innovation ecosystem and gain insight into the department’s approach to fostering creativity, research excellence, and technological advancement.

As part of the tour, the students visited several of the department’s teaching and research laboratories, including:

• Bioinstrumentation Lab
• Biomechanics Lab
• Biosensors Lab
• Biology Lab

The visit was aligned with the objectives of the Innovation Bootcamp Program, which seeks to empower students to transform ideas into practical solutions and innovative prototypes.
