We were honored to welcome H.E. Dr. Majid Al Fayyadh, CEO of King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, to KFUPM last Wednesday for an inspiring session titled “Visionary Leaders & Changemakers: The Future of Bioengineering in the Era of Saudi Vision 2030.”

Dr. Majid shared valuable insights on the future of bioengineering, the skills needed by the next generation of bioengineers, and the growing role of innovation, AI, and advanced medical technologies in shaping healthcare.

His experience, vision, and words truly inspired us all and encouraged our students to think bigger about the impact they can make as future bioengineers.
